Managers without access to salaries should contact someone
within their business who does, such as a senior manager or head of department. If
necessary, they can request the salary from HR if they are the manager of the
employee.
Example: If you are a manager and need to know an employee's salary for a
promotion decision, contact your department head/Regional ops or request the
information from HR.
