For leavers, please complete the Leaver Notification Form available on the HR portal and submit it us least two weeks before the employee’s last working day.

For salary changes, submit the approved Change to Terms Form, ensuring it’s approved by the appropriate line manager or department head. These should also be submitted before the payroll cut-off to take effect in the same month.

The monthly payroll cut-off is the 20th of each month at 5:00 PM. Any changes—such as new starters, leavers, timesheet approvals, or contract amendments—must be submitted by this deadline to ensure they are processed in the current payroll cycle. Late submissions may be rolled into the following month’s payroll.
